Service and Maintenance

The performance of a fire protection system depends not only on the quality of the product, but on the quality of its maintenance program.
Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly check of all systems. Repair or replace defective units, test operations of systems, self-contained alarms and manually operated devices

  • Maintenance contracts
  • On-call maintenance of all fire safety systems and
    equipment, including sprinkler systems, fire
    alarm systems and pumps.
  • Refurbishment and Retrofitting
  • Fire extinguisher servicing and maintenance including
    inspection, refilling and repair
  • Fire Hose testing and repair
  • Supply of mechanical and fire pump parts
  • Integrity test of rooms (Authorised)

Spectrum takes pride in being continually updated to the latest Civil Defence regulations and conducting regular risk assessments for Fire Systems. Contracts as per Civil Defence and safety certificate can be provided, subject to approval from Authorities after inspection.
